Roger Hartfield has been involved in the building and construction industry since returning to his home state of Mississippi in 1993.  As a regional sales manager for a wholesale distributor of millwork products, he more than doubled sales in South Mississippi for the company through a superior knowledge of products, their applications, service and support for his customers.

Pursuing a childhood fascination for building both structural and mechanical, Roger began a career in 1999 as a residential builder.  Working for a prominent builder in the Jackson Metro area, he gained experience building projects from condominiums to residences at some of the most prestigious addresses in Mississippi.  This has allowed Roger to be creative and innovative to fulfill clients’ requirements for a unique home that fits the owner’s personality and lifestyle as well as providing style and flair for those on a more limited budget.

Building conditions in our area have some unique challenges related to soil conditions.  Roger is certified in concrete finishing and concrete testing to ensure his owners receive the highest levels of performance in the foundations of their new home.  This, along with oversight and testing from prominent engineering firms of the construction site as the foundation is constructed, insures your new home will look great and hold its value for years to come.
